E-Cig or Lifestyle Choice

Lifestyle Choice?

Toadette and I started down this path for two simple reasons:

1.  Our health.  Toadette and I had gotten to the point that just hopping to the other side of the pond was completely wearing us out, and we knew we had to do something about it.  We were used to the comments and such from others when it came to our smoking, and of course we realized how dangerous and unhealthy it was.  But when we had to stop to catch our breath from just checking the mail, we knew we had to do something.

2.  Money.  Ahhh, the dreaded root of everything.  We were spending nearly $150.00 per week with our habit, and once our two tadpoles left the pond for college, well --  something had to give.

So we ventured out to our local convenience store and bought our first electronic cigarette.  Was it good?  NO.  Did it take care of our cravings?  Somewhat, but it tasted like crap.  Did one electronic cigarette replace two packs as advertised?  I don't think so.  Actually, not even close.  At $10 per device, which lasted us only a day, we actually were pretty close to what we were spending before.  So what did we do?  We quit on quitting.

What happened next?
My neighbor from the pond across the street hopped over into my driveway...  Alright, actually my neighbor, who looks like he fell off the TV show Son's of Anarchy, rode his Harley over and stopped for a chat.  He promptly pulled out his vaping device and puffed instead of lighting a cigarette.  He now had my full attention, and I took his advice and headed down to the the local vaping store and bought my own eGo Starter Kit.  I paid $69 for it, which can be found on hornytoadvaping.com for $39.99, but it was well worth it.  In fact, I bought 2 starter kits, and Toadette and I were on our way to quitting smoking and changing our lives for the better.

Once we started vaping we realized the potential of the product.  We tried a cigarette flavor, but let's face it, that wasn't quite as familiar as I thought it would be. So we moved on to other flavors like "Jack and Coke."  Well, you don't get the effects of alcohol, but the taste and sensation of the drink was there.  Now we were on our way...
